BEAUTY INSPIRATION

AT HOME WITH PMD BEAUTY.

I say we can all agree that we love all things beauty (especially if it makes our skin glow) and…the comfort of our home! Combine both, you get this beautiful device by PMD.

PMD is a personal microdermabrasion, professional at-home tool. I recall having my first microderm experience when my aunt performed it on me at her beauty salon. I remember it left my skin looking like new and wishing I can do this more often (consistency is key after all). It wasn’t until about 2 months ago I got introduced to this magical wand (that works just as good as the professional microdermabrasion) that I’ve been trying out on a more regular basis (1x a week).

It takes about eight to twelve weeks of consistent use to see results, I’ve been noticeably seeing a difference in mine! Sometimes I feel like my skin looks dull or dry, especially with the change of seasons. As of lately, I’ve been feeling more confident, especially when having a fresh-face, because my skin appears smoother, softer and glow-y. I’ve also been seeing less blemishes in my photos/videos – major bonus!

I have moments, on days when my skin feels dull, where I get self conscious about my close up photo/video shots. These last several shoots, I’ve been like ‘lets do close ups! get closer!’ There’s definitely been an uplifting sense of confidence, with my skin feeling and looking better.

What kind of results can you expect from PMD?

The kind of results you can typically see are: smoother, softer, brighter, and younger-looking skin. Reduction in the appearance of fine-lines wrinkles, blemishes, dark spots, hyper-pigmentation, etc.

How do you use PMD?

It is an approx 3 min treatment to be used (1x a week). You start with white training disc (there are a range of disks from delicate to large) on cleanse and dry skin, gliding quickly. As you pull skin tight and glide, the vacuum suction triggers the skin’s natural healing process, boosting collagen and leaving skin firm, fresh and radiant. It is recommended to not apply pressure or remain in one area. Then you tone, moisturize, and wash the cap/filters after each use.

Here’s an easy How-To Video to watch before trying out the device: view here.

So happy to share this exciting tool that can help improve your skin! xx
